• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the MASS TV application
• Respect all copyright and trademark laws applicable to streamed content
• Report any unauthorized distribution of MASS TV credentials

8. Service Availability & Limitations

MASS TV strives to maintain 99.5%+ uptime for all streaming services. However, users acknowledge that:

• Service interruptions may occur due to server maintenance, updates, or technical issues
• Streaming quality depends on the user's internet connection speed and stability
• Channel availability may change based on licensing agreements and content provider decisions
• Some content may be geo-restricted depending on the user's location
• MASS TV is not liable for interruptions caused by third-party content providers

We recommend checking device compatibility and ensuring a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K) for optimal experience.

9. Account Security & Sharing

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their MASS TV account:

• Do not share login credentials with individuals outside your household
• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• MASS TV reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in credential sharing
• Multiple simultaneous connections may be limited based on your subscription plan
